Gratitude On The Road
A small guided journal for the end of a dirt day. Twenty-four prompts, short enough to answer while the stove is heating. It is a notebook. It is not a treatment, a coaching program, or a promise about how you will feel.

There is no checkout on this page. The form logs your email so the studio can write when the file is for sale. Stripe is the planned processor. It is not connected.
Inside the file
- Twenty-four prompts, one to a page, with room to write
- Questions about the pullout, the meal, the person who helped, the weather
- A last page for the drive home: what you want to remember in traffic
- No scores, no streaks, and no advice about health
- Letter-size pages, illustrated in the same olive and cream as the site
The tone of the prompts
A few of them, so you know what you would be printing: the pullout you almost skipped. The person who made the day easier. The meal that tasted better because of where you were sitting. What the truck smelled like when you opened the door. One thing you want to remember when you are back in traffic.
They are specific on purpose. Vague gratitude is easy to abandon. A sentence about the creek crossing you walked first is a sentence you can still picture in November.
What it will not claim
The journal does not treat anxiety, diagnose anything, or replace a conversation with a clinician. SunsetRock Studio LLC is not a medical practice. If a prompt is the wrong question for you, skip it.
Like the other two downloads, this one is a preview. Nine dollars is the placeholder price. The notify form is the only action on the page, and it does not charge a card.
